I do not have a reception facility. All calls go to my business mobile. If you cannot reach me then please leave a message and I will get in contact as soon as possible. I respond well to texts, I monitor my emails and voicemail regularly.

The appointment should be paid for on the day of the treatment.
I accept cash, BACS or cheque. Please note that I do not have a card machine.
If you have private health insurance, I require you to pay directly, then I will provide a receipt so that you can then reclaim the fees from your insurance company. I no longer deal with BUPA or PPP.
I usually have a waiting list for appointments, so please give me as much notice as possible for cancelled appointments. The full fee will normally be charged if 24 hours notice of cancellation is not given.
